“Hi – my name is Patti and I have worked with my husband in the real estate industry for over 20 years. My husband and I work and own an office located in Caldwell, but we service the Treasure Valley area. Personally – we have raised four great kids, several dogs, sheep, 4H animals and we live on a 40 acre farm West of Caldwell. My husband is an Idaho native and we love living and working in the Idaho area.
We are passionate about helping people find their own “piece” of Idaho. My husband is a 32 year veteran of the U.S. Army and served two tours in Iraq. Our son in law is a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army and former local fireman. My mom and sisters are educators and had long careers in the teaching profession. Because of those influences, I feel a strong sense of obligation to give to those who have given to me – the military, the civil servants – police, paramedics and firemen and of course teachers. The Heroes Home Advantage just gives a name to what we already offer through our service in real estate. Giving back to those who serve is a privilege and an honor especially when it comes to purchasing a home.
As an agent I have helped many first time home buyers. We also work in new construction, farm and ranch, vacant land sales and lately some short sales and foreclosures. We have a love of this valley and have long term relationships with professionals who will help you in every stage of your purchase of a home. We are active in our community and believe in giving back. I am the past President of our local Association of Realtors and Canyon County Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. I serve on the board of the Salvation Army, the local God and Country festival, the local Rotary club and continue to serve on the Nampa and Caldwell Chamber of Commerce. I have invested in my education as a realtor to be as proficient in helping my clients by earning several designations which include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), PMN (Performance Management), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional).
