Richard Winburn Bio
Rick Winburn is a retired Army Soldier who has served around the world in a variety of logistics and support positions. He deployed outside the United States 3 times and within the United States for natural disaster relief 3 times. He is a certified Master Resiliency Trainer, Equal Opportunity Leader and Army Recruiter. He has active hobbies, including Jujitsu, Judo and Kickboxing, but he also enjoys walks with his dogs and family.
Since retiring from the Army, he has been improving his education and making up for lost time at home! Now, he’s ready to get to work for you!
He has an Associates of Arts degree in Korean Studies and is halfway to his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He spoke Korean in the past, but it’s been many years since he last used it!
Rick is married and has 2 children living with him. His wife, Wira, is very active in the community and his son plays basketball for John Hardin High School as well as Hoops for Christ in Louisville. If you see their van around town (it says Princess on board: Please Leave Room for my Chariot), wave to his daughter, Lilliana!
Feel free to ask him anything about real estate! He likes to be stumped, so he can go find the answer and get a little better at his job.
